How it works
1. The silent walk
We begin outside. No agenda, no conversation — just movement and quiet. At three miles per hour. The body starts to settle. The noise begins to fall away. By the time we return, something has already shifted.
2. The coaching
Now you can hear yourself think. This is where we work with honest, unhurried conversation about what actually matters to you and where you want to go.
3. The sanctuary
The rest is yours. The hot tub. The sauna. Long evenings. Dark skies. Meals without rushing. Space to think, to rest, to just be — for 24 or 48 hours, nothing needs anything from you.
