Hi, I’m Rachel

I’ve always walked to make sense of the world. When life gets loud, movement steadies me. That instinct once took me up the Inca Trail, leading treks through altitude and ancient paths, where I learned something lasting: people open up when they move, and honest communication is what carries a group forward.

That thread runs through my life still. I live in the South Downs National Park with my partner, three boys, and a small menagerie, and I return to walking whenever I need grounding. It’s how I slow my thinking and loosen what’s stuck.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with people - leaders, founders and teams navigating meaningful work without losing themselves. Alongside this, I’ve spent the last seven years in equity consulting, helping organisations build trust, fairness, and shared ownership. That work reinforced a simple truth I bring into coaching: people thrive when they feel valued, seen, and part of something bigger.

Northblows is where it all comes together. As a qualified life coach, I bring movement, clarity, and grounded conversation into spaces where people are ready to think clearly, choose direction, and move forward with honesty.

Whether online or walking the Downs, my work is the same: slowing things down so you can reconnect with yourself and step into what’s next with confidence and ease.

Create room to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find direction - whether online or on the Downs.
